Hey Todd,
You draw attention to a very important point relating to small business ownership.
Change is a concept that I constantly reinforce as a “success” factor for entrepreneurs within the context of my small business workshop series.
In essence, change is the entrepreneur’s best friend or worst enemy depending on his or her’s
perception of the benefits.
My advice to entrepreneur’s and small business owners is this – welcome change, anticipate it, embrace it, and, if you dare, create it. In time, it will become your best companion as you travel the entrepreneurial journey.
Tommy – I love your final suggestion to create change. That truly is what entrepreneurship is all about. – Todd
