Sometimes the “obvious” is not so obvious. What seems perfectly clear to me – because I work with it day in and day out – might be terribly confusing to normal person; i.e., customer.
A colleague’s focus on “Minimalist Marketing” along with references in a “Quick Reference Guide” to things like discharge/recharge/refresh mode, trickle vs. standard, choices among mA, mAh or Ah and warnings about overheating and fire hazard prompted me record the following video.
