Hypocrisy:

[hi-pok-ruh-see]

noun, plural hypocrisies.
  1. a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious beliefs or principles, etc., that one does not really possess.
  2. a pretense of having some desirable or publicly approved attitude.

It’s the kiss of death for any sales leader.

It’s also sometimes hard to detect, and worst of all it can sneak up on you. This sneaky aspect of hypocrisy  most often shows up in our political leaders. They’re trying to please everybody, ALL-THE-TIME.

Ummmm…

Sounds a lot like a sales leader to me… Have you held up the mirror lately? Read and/or listen to this rant about hypocritical public figures, then reflect on your on actions.

I’m just sayin’…
