An old boss used to drum into my head &quot;Business is all about three things - People, Products and Profits&quot; and then he would usually follow that up with what his opinion was of all the MBAs and &#039;experts&#039; who thought their business was &#039;different&#039;. &quot;Just learn how to execute Dan and you&#039;ll be just fine - because lots of people can talk and very few can execute.&quot; Looking back on it all I would add &#039;process&#039; to his three &#039;P&#039;s but then I sure as hell am not qualified to improve on what he did or said.  Great post Todd.</description>
